It is not a traditional cooking class, here everyone gets their hands dirty, seasoning, filling and frying in the best coastal style.
Under the guidance of our founder, you will discover the secrets of each preparation, from the perfect dough to the traditional fillings. Chicken, beef, coastal cheese? You decide.
As you cook, you'll be immersed in the anecdotes and history behind each fry, with tastings between each phase and drinks to accompany the experience. Plus, you'll learn how to prepare an authentic sauce to elevate every bite.
