A sancocho with history, art and literature. The master Alejandro Obregón cooked it, Gabriel García Márquez immortalized it in a recipe and now Solomon's Club brings it to the table.
The experience begins with a welcome cocktail , followed by the sancocho that conquered the greats of the Caribbean, accompanied by a drink selected to enhance each bite. To close, a selection of Obregón and Gabo's favorite desserts , sweetening the evening with tradition.
During lunch, art curator María del Pilar Rodríguez – an expert in Latin American art and cultural preservation – will speak with a reflection on the relationship between gastronomy and the work of Obregón and García Márquez , exploring how the Caribbean becomes narrative, painting and, of course, an unforgettable dish.
